Looks great, and I second the muffler swap recommended or use an FL type fishtail for more of an early style.

Bike looks awesome!

I'd consider dropping the forks an inch, or so....looks a little nose high.....?

It's the small seat. Really not at all that uncomfortable. Better then I thought It would be.
