Man,, that sux,, BUt, all is not lost.

IF your diet currently includes soft drinks, stop them. Drink more water, filtered & non fluoridated if you can find it. Get some PH paper & check you spit & urine. If youre acidic, you Will leach calcium out of bones & it Will re-deposit in soft tissue, creating the symptoms that are doagnosed as Arthritis.
If youll add lemon juice to the water & drink at least 2 quarts a day, youll see your Ph climb & become more basic, give that a coupla years,,
If youre taking hydrocodone for pain, it will actually cause damage in small joints, like hands.

First step, get Ph paper & check yourself,. an acidic system isnt a healthy system. Its an open door to cancer,
