Generally, better than with it.


Get the wheel squared up in the swing arm.
Put it in gear & roll it backwards to get as much slack on bottom of the belt, Grab it, 1/2 way tween the pulleys & give it a twist, fingers only,, Thumb on top, near you, fingers under the edge away from you, if you can get a 90* twist w/o gettin all macho, youre pretty well "In there"..
