Hi, I replied to your email yesterday. Not sure if the email or on here is the best way to communicate with you.

Hi! I'm doing work on a 2012 S40 and I should probably add these things to the list of stuff I'm doing.

I can't send PM's yet, and the email link just opens a blank browser page.  Is there anyway I can contact you otherwise and get things paid for and ordered?

Thanks!

Mike

Hi, I think I need to buy one of these tensioners. I have an '87 with 10300 miles on it and I have just started to get some camchain noise. Do you need mine to modify? If so, what's your turnaround time at the moment? And are there any other parts required to complete the job? Thanks. I would have emailed, or PMd you, but the website wouldn't allow me.

Verslagen,

I sent an email to you requesting info about obtaining a cam chain adjuster.  Not tech savy and wanted to verify you got it.  Thank you.

I have a quality alert announcement...

Some of the roll pins I've used since 10/28/13 maybe defective.

Some of them are tapered and if I put in the smaller end, may fall out.

Although I test every one, a few may have slipped thru.

Well, at least one did.

So if you've purchased a verslavy from 10/28/13 till now,  be on the alert for the tell tale knocking on the clutch cover.

Anyone finding or concerned they may have one, may return it for repair.

Is it possible to visually check for this?  I have one from this time frame, but haven't put it in as yet, as I'm just approaching 6,000 miles.  I will probably do it this winter.

I would put the plunger about mid way in the slot by letting the move out a little, then push on the pin with a small screwdriver to see if it moves.  It should not move.
