Honestly, I said the same thing myself about seafoam when I used it in my car (2004 Chevy Cavalier LS). Most of that stuff is just gimmicks they sell to women and old people. Engine overhaul in a can, give me a break! However, after using it in the car (1/3 can in the gas tank, 1/3 in the vacuum line, 1/3 in the engine oil) there was a noticeable difference in acceleration and picked up an extra 1.3 mpg. Believe me, I was a skeptic until I did the math for the mpg. Its the only treatment I would trust, honestly.

I know this is a bike forum, who cares about your crapalier? Since I'm a youngin' (I'll be 29 in Dec.) my only experience has been with fuel injection, so I'm definitely going back to school with this Savage. I was just curious if anyone has used seafoam in their bikes and has noticed any difference in the performance, and if it works as a fuel stabilizer?
