What's the benefits from one of these, and what other modifications do you need to do get the benefits?

Cam chains can be heavy duty, built stronger, but not performance...
A cam, can be high performance.... it will take advantage of better breathing and increase HP and torque... as you go higher in performance you usually begin to narrow the powerband...... but a mild performance cam can be a benefit all around...
