Today I took it for a 2 mile ride in the country and
no problems, uphill is hard but I'm pretty fit so whatever,
brakes fine and my super "swing" system for turning works
surprisingly well, you just have to steer a bit with your
shoulders that's all.

Aw man!  Smiley With that fancy leany-turny system, you won't be able to fly the sidecar!

Just kidding, great work. Your kid will be thrilled to ride in it, fly or no fly.

He LOVES it!  keeps bugging me all day to go out again, this will be
our daily morning ritual before I leave to work weather permits.

No pics from the kid cause of internet privacy issues sorry  Wink

And no, sidecar is not too heavy, it's well balanced and has
3 weight distribution points, rides fine.
