I purchased one of these today http://www.kuryakyn.com/Products/262/Universal-Throttle-Boss. Man, what a difference! I have a problem with my hands going numb if I don't move them. Heck, my hands go numb when using a fork at dinner! Anyway, it allowed me to relax my grip on the throttle and wriggle my fingers every couple minutes. I highly recommend this. Also, if you slide it down so some of it is over the cap on the bars, it acts like a cruise control. Shocked

I now find the Brakeaway throttle lock much more useful to relax my hand.
