Which K&N Filter and other variouse upgrades

As the topic asks, which K&N filter do I need to order to replace the stock filter box for better breathing of the engine. I guess my search skills aren't too good here as I can't seem to find it via the search.

Also has anyone replaced the stock turn signals running lights front and rear with LED units?? if so which ones did you use and what all would be required to be done other then replacing the units themselves? I'm also interested in possibly doing a HID headlamp upgrade and was wondering if anyone had any experience with any of the kits that are out there.

Any help here would definitely be appreciated.

You can get HID light bulbs off of eBay for cheap, mine seemed to burn out pretty fast though... you most likely will need to re-jet with your K&N filter since it has supposedly higher air flow..

Thanks for the info. When asking for the filter I was thinking of the cone style. Didn't think the stock replacement K&N would make much difference but I guess it does. Not afraid of re-jetting at all here I'm fairly mechanically inclined. The bike has already got a Jardine muffler on it and has be re-jetted for that and runs beautiful.

I've also ordered a Corbin seat for it already for maximum comfort on those longer rides.

I sure hope so, in the little riding I've been doing on the back roads while waiting till I can get it registered this coming week, I've found the stock seat rather lacking in comfort.

Theory is, is that it should breath a little easier then even with just the K&N stock replacement filter in the stock filter box, because it rids you of the restriction of the filter box itself. Only issue that you come across though is that with the open filter is the more likely hood of the engine ingesting a big gulp of water if you hit a puddle just right. So I'm still on the fence as to which way I'm gonna go as I'm sure there isn't much difference in power gain.
