Picasso,, I never did figure out why anyone would want that stuff.. Like a tortured childs drawings,At least I had enough sense to know my "art" was lousy & STopped..what happened to PIcasso & this idiot with his screwed up 2 wheeler,, with a spare no less,,

As a further example of this fellow's lack of artistic ability......how do you choose this location for photographs?  Half in the street and half on the driveway, parked over a utility access with a cluttered background......or maybe this is the point at which it just stopped running?

you'll notice the spare tire, the mid-mounted engine and the single shock absorber mounted on the right side.

That, dear gentlemen, is a VOPPER, aka the CHESPA  Cool

It's a chopped, raked and gutted Vespa  Shocked
