Hey Lancer can you PM me, I'm about to become an owner of a 2016 s40 and wanted to get one of your rejet kits. Im based in Sydney, Australia, how much will it be all up?

I will be operating the bike near the coast at sea level and have a few extra questions.

Do you do sell cone filters that will fit without the need to do any fabrication or move the battery box? or can you recommend one?

If I keep the stock air filter/box and stock exhaust what jet / spacer setup do you recommend to start with?

If i keep the stock exhaust but replace the airbox with a cone filter, what jet / spacer setup do you recommend to start with?

Im not sure what the initial setup of the jets will be but im fairly certain there is a plastic tube inside the large spring that is also fitted within the carb which acts as a throttle limiter for learners / emission control that ill have to remove, ill keep you posted when i find out.

Thanks

Chris

Lancer, do you still have float bowl gaskets? I also need an o-ring that fits around the needle and seat.  I can pay thru PayPal. Thanks Terry

Hello Lancer, first post here but I've been lurking for a long time, just learning as much as possible. I have a bone stock 2009 S40 with 3,200 miles on it. I just got in a spotless Harley Dyna muffler and I'm planning on picking up a K&N replacement filter. I'm located 1,500 feet above sea level. What jet combination would you recommend for this setup? I'm not wanting to do anything wild, just get the engine breathing properly the way it should be instead of the lean stock setup. I can bounce you out a Paypal payment ASAP!

Start with #50 pilot and #150 main jets wih 3 washers in place of the white spacer on the needle.
You need to run your bike for a few miles before final tuning to insure it is completely warm.
$30 for the JETSET, includes shipping
I also have a set of stainless Allen Head screws for the stock carb 4 top, 4 bottom & 3 for the tiny triangular cover on the right side.
Regular $15 but just $10 if added to the JETSET.

Payment sent from Douglas Schuelke!

What is the recommendation to start with for stock 99 with a HD muffler? In phoenix AZ elevation around 1000ft to 1300ft. Also does it matter what HD muffler? Just the mounting is different right? Thanks
