I'm probably not a good resource for design...but, I do have a hand-operated hydraulic pipe bender.  Wink  I'd be more than happy to bend some tubing for ya (I assume handlebars are steel tubing)...you just spring for the cost of the metal and shipping to me and to you.

Cheers,
Dave

Hi,

Part of the reason why I can't afford fc's is because I live in a different country. If fc's cost 150+shipping in the US, for me it'd be roughly 250+shipping shipped to here. Thats why I'm looking to make something internally. I have relatives who own one of the biggest welding (and such stuff) company here, so once I have the design I should be fine. Thanks tho

The Suzuki accessory looks kind of cheap. If they even still make it. See if Highway Hawk (Europe) still lists their version. Other good sites to find different styles are V-twin Manufacturing and the J&P Cycles Vintage catalog.

Choose a style you like, scale it to fit, have your family bend one up for you. I have one for a straight leg Harley Knucklehead frame I'll either cut to fit or have replicated in miniature for my bike. Which also has modified Harley floorboards (replicas), rear fender, tail light and 15" rise handlebars...

I bleed OLD Harley orange. First bike was a Knucklehead.
