just wanted to put up a bigthank youfor the write up and info on the petcock diaphragm issue. my bike was a hand me down from pops and after about a year it farted out for unknown(to me) reasons. i was just about to take it to the dealer when i decided to hit up some forums and bam, there it was right in front of me.
the info was correct, perfect actually, and  i was able to follow the logic so in about an hour i was get my thumper up and running. yay. i really want to make some more performance mods but need to research alot more before i go spouting off about raising compression and lowering it and blah blah .......hopefully we'll become friends as i work my way through making it my own this summer. only mods so far is a drag bar and the fuelcock thing. no good pics yet but i'll get it washed soon and post some then.
one noob question, if i may-has/does anyone have spray on thier savage? seems like an interesting way to scar my calves up,lol. thanks again
