Im not sure if thats the Exhaust valve cover or the intake Valve cover. But, the frame is in the way so i really dont see how its possible to use a socket set without removing the engine. PLEASE HELP

Are you using a box-end?... always use a box when you can...
Those nuts aren't supposed to be that tight, (I think about 12lbs is spec), (That's equal to thumb on the box, and firm fingers pulling wrench handle, no arm strength involved)...
...
To remove a stuck bolt...
Put the wrench on it, and tap the end of the wrench lightly (short, sharp taps) with a small hammer... Short, sharp, taps break the bite,.. steady muscle pressure will strip a head...
Best luck,.. (no shame in learning,.. we all do it)... (terminology, and problem solving, comes with time, and doing for yourself. It takes some mistakes and goofs to get there)...
It's an honorable thing to learn...

Put the box end on, hook another wrench on for a cheater & spank on it with an extension while you hold pressure on it. drizzling some Kroil on cant hurt.

12 point box end? You gotta make sure to keep them on level on the screw,,
If you can get to the head of the screw, & I know thats a big IF,, you can drive metal back where it came from,,& try again,, Or get a good pair of vise grips & IF you see them shifting, stop, same is true with a wrench, if the wrench is turning & your bolt hasnt given you that Snap,, Im coming loose,, stop.
I have tightened bolts that wouldnt loosen,, I mean just MOve it, then go the other way, back & forth,,saved a few that way,
Kroil,, or wintergreen oil.

If you can get a slap on that bolt, sometimes that helps them let go. a few quick taps can make a difference,

Once you get on it, remember,, pressure on the wrench + quick raps on the wrench,

Hey,, I can get my 1/4" ratchet & socket on them,, get a 6 point socket & dont just crank on it, use impact. YOu can use a deep socket with an extension for a cheater to put pressure on it. That moves your hand away far enough to take a wrench & spank on the thing.

For future reference....

Here's what I use the get those bolts out:

10mm GearWrench

This wrench works well here since the box end has no offset.
