3/4 to 100

Alright time to update my
"change of life journey."
As of yesterday, I am now
down 75 lbs.. SmileySmiley
I feel so good and am so happy
I have done this for myself.
To look in the mirror now and
see the results of all the hard
a$$ work brings a big smile to
my face.
I have 25 lbs to go in order to
reach my personal goal of 100.
That will put me at 150 lbs. I am
still considering of going to 140..
Yes I am aware I will have to maintain
it and I have my brain set to do just
that. Never again will I let my body get
in the kind of shape it was.
I have learned that I have to keep moving
and that eliminating some things brings
rewards in other ways.
Genie seems to fly now and my low back
doesn't hurt like it used to when riding..

Today I am going to go visit my Dr.. I had
told her when I lost the 75 I would be back
to say hi. The last time I saw her, I had lost
54 lbs..
No I am not going to see her for anything other
than to say hello.. I have to be in the complex for
someone else so, figured I would pop in and surprise
her. I am bringing her a banana and an apple. Us gals
may get to have lunch together.. lol..
Hugs everyone... Kiss Kiss Kiss kim

Nice work Kim. You should go out and buy yourself something nice as a  reward. At least go for a nice long ride. You deserve it.

75lbs? Wow, that is quite an accomplishment. Put a pack on your back that weighs 75lbs. and you'll be astonished that you could ever carry that around. Great job!

Hey Stimpy, how'd you get that pic of my tummy? lol...
Thanks everyone for your supportive comments.
I am going to buy myself something pretty, very soon..
My plan has been when I reached my goal was to buy
the Pink chaps and jacket. That seemed like a dream
a few months ago. Now it looks to be more of a reality. Smiley
I won't post a new pic of myself till I am in the pink gear.
As for Genie going faster since my weight loss? Oh yeah I
notice a difference now for sure.
Yesterday, my Dr was very pleased to see me or what she
said what is left of me.. lol..
We weren't able to eat our bananas and apples together yet
at least we were able to speak for a few mins..
Pretty good when you can see the Dr for a good reason and
have no appointment and receive no bill...Smiley kim
