Best? Id say that depends on what you want,,AS long as the T-Kat unit is tight, Id say it otta work the same as the Superbrace, but, unlike Bill,, I have no experience with that one. If I was building up a bobber or a macho lookin ride, Id want the T-Kat for sure, It has a look I like,, for that kinda bike, but if I wanted a smooooth lookin ride, Id have to go with the S/brace..

Just talked with TKAT a few days ago and he has them in stock and ready to ship for $95 I believe...shipping included in the 48 US and a little more to Canada and elsewhere.
He does ask if it's for a Savage or an S40 model so there must be some slight difference.

The Super Brace is better by design,I does the job of stabilizing  the front forks better.

Are you saying there is movement between the blocks on the T-Kat? Flex in the bolts, maybe?  Or that it simply doesnt clamp on the tubes well enough? Where is the design flaw, Bill? You mite be able to help Mr Kat,,

It's in the secret sauce that Superbrace uses in their aluminium  pour...  They infuse a few drops of Klotz into the molecular structure which causes the brace to resist inertial stresses without fatigue...
That's why they cost so much more...
Plus,... they're kinda' pretty... Huh...

I use the Superbrace because I got it before I was aware of TKat's braces and didn't know I had a viable option at the time.  I've heard a lot of good about the TKat brace.  My guess is that it is functionally very similar to the Superbrace.  The Superbrace is more expensive but, in my opinion, it looks better.

Again, Id like to suggest that in some applications, the TKat would be aesthetic choice, I think it enhances the look of a bobber or a rat,

No argument there.  The angular look is pure function and that aesthetic would fit perfectly on a lot of bikes.  In fact, I would like the appearance of my Superbrace better if it were black anodized but I'll stick with it as it is.
