Stock Mirrors

Does anybody know the stem length of the stock mirrors? I'm looking for replacement round mirrors to replace the stock ones. The problem I'm running into with the stock mirrors is that with the drag bars I put on, I can't see passed my elbows. So I'm looking for something that extends out more.

I found these but I'm not convinced they're an improvement...

California Gender:	Re: Stock Mirrors Reply #1 - 04/02/12 at 11:37:20 Not sure, will have to measure but... You will have to extend the mirrors out more cause they're round and not rectangular. I had the same problem, mirrors give a great view of your elbows. Then I put on 30" wide bars and the problem was cured.

I am 5' 8" (on a good day!) and would like to get a little better "moment force" for handling. Did you have to lengthen any cables? Where did you get the bars from? Thanks!

I started with buckhorns and switching to 30" Z bars with 6" rise and low risers is no problem. I also have 30" low rise bars with the high risers and no problem there either.

I know I saw some at one or another of these places.
