Here's my high-tech stop, it mounts under the headlamp housing. 18 ga was the thickness I needed.

I can make ya up a stop no problem, they mount under the head lamp and use the same bolts, I'll send you a PM and we can sweat the details.

You shouldn't have any problem with the gasket just taking the header off to wrap it.....you'l know if it's leaking... Shocked
