I assume there is a tail light under them- turn it on.
My great grandfather was a bee keeper. He would have reached in the swarm, found the queen, and killed her. The will disperse then.

It is not really a problem.  They are swarming.  Leave them alone, and they will move.

I grew up raising bees with my dad. The queen is in there somewhere. Call a beekeeper and tell him you have a swarm. We usually had to climb a ladder and cut off a tree limb and shake them off on a white sheet. We set a new hive at the end of the sheet and tapped on the wooden side. They seemed to follow the sound like driving cattle. If we found the queen we put her immediately in the hive and it was much easier. We always did this late in the day and they were settled in their new home by the next day. Bees are now threatened. They are responsible for keeping us in food by pollinating blossoms. I hope we can save them.  Smiley

I've seen pictures of guys covered from head to toe, face and all in an enormus swarm of bees, and they never get stung. They call them "bee charmers".

I'd just get a new bike. I don't do insects. Let alone the bitey stingy kind.
