Grin Grin Grin

yup, by newbie technicians armed with steam powered presses,
hand-made tools and tireirons once owned by Michio Suzuki himself,
some old caulk (for the oil plug) and a bunch of anaglog test gauges im sure
Cheesy

read this on the comment section of the video:
...don't know why but I never liked hondas

Drobium77 # says:

Honda: Most reliable, best build quality.

Yamaha: Best handling and brakes.

Suzuki: Best comfort and are the best looking.

Kawasaki: Best engines and raciest.

JACKAU93 # says:

Suzuki has the roughest assembly of the Japaneses bikes

But they make the best Gear boxes Smiley

Mine was made Monday morning in the outhouse behind the plant. Only way to explain what a POS it is... Worst welds I've EVER seen on a Japanese ANYTHING. They have to be hiring hung over snow monkeys to assemble these things. Would explain all the excess undersized wiring as well...

Great little bike on the rare occasion it isn't broken. Good thing I like to tinker.
