The 1st 50...
11/30/11 at 09:44:59

Hello everyone..Well here I am 50 lbs lighter...
I feel absolutely wonderful. I am now into the
next 50... That's right, I still have another 50
to go. I don't know how long it will take and will
do like I did with the first 50..One day, one pound
at a time.
I got the hair cut yesterday and will buy a new outfit
and have a night at the casino with hubby and friends soon.
That is my reward for the fitst 50..
The next 50 I will get my pink leathers.. Smiley
Work is going well and still doing Zumba and the gym.
I hope all is doing well and want to wish you all the best
of Holidays.. I will try to get back soon..I miss you all...
Hugs and kisses... Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss Smiley kim

Thanks guys... I do appreciate all the kind words.
I still have a ways to go yet, have come a long ways
towards my goal as well.
Four months ago today I started this life change journey.
I knew I had to do something as was heading for an early
grave the road I was on. I was not ready to give up and
once I made up my mind, I have been able to stay on track.
My husband once made a remark that keeps me on track as well.
He told me when I was going for my mc endorsement, that he was
confident that I could acheive anything I set my mind to.
That has stayed with me thru this journey as well.
I finally was fed up with the way I looked and felt.
I no longer feel like I am heading for the grave yard. I feel like I
am much younger as well. I just have this zest for life like I haven't
had in a very long time.
Oh yeah I realize I have to keep it off and that is exactly why I call this
my, "change of life journey." I have realized that to keep off the lbs and
continue on that I have to keep doing my workouts and keep moving..
To those of you that think it is easy, hell no it is not. Then again once I
started seeing the lbs go and the body change for the good, it only
helped motivate me more.
So again thank you all for the kind words and the encouragement to keep
going. I will keep you updated as I progress and of course when the
pink leathers are ordered and pics of myself in them.. xoxox Smiley kim

Good for you red!  mix a little white or black in that outfit so they don't think you're a stop sign.   Cool

Congratulations Kim, looking good. Smiley

Not to criticize your plan, but 50 more pounds?  Shocked Seems like overkill.  You already got a nice hourglass shape there.  At this point you could just go with whatever diet/exercise program has you feeling the best overall.. your appearance will take of itself.

I would take off the full 50#,You can always come back up if you wanted to and it would be easier. But I don't think you will want too.Your bike will be faster too.

I love pink (no kidding). I wonder if other bikers would look at me funny if I bought pink leathers?  Shocked
