What's this wire? (Read 83 times)

MotoBuddha Serious Thumper Offline Let's roll! Posts: 1416 Charlotte, NC	What's this wire? 11/08/11 at 08:40:45 I've been putting the wiring harness back in place on my '96 Savage. Since it's a Ryca conversion, some of the wiring gets moved around. I thought I had labeled all the connectors, but I have one at the front that puzzles me. It's a blue wire with silver dots. The Clymer wiring diagram doesn't show one like that. Anyone have a clue?

I think it shows BL/B... blue/black... neutral switch to diode shows solid Blue.. ...

Hmmm, I'll check that.

OK, I'm back. The wire from the clutch reaches after some rerouting, the connecter matches, and the wire is blue -- but a different shade and no silver dots that I can see.

I had run that wire from the clutch to the cluster of connections by the battery, but didn't see anything to connect it to. So this solves two mysteries.
