I ride everywhere on this bike & I do take long distance rides on it. I do let it cool down between fill ups (smoke breaks). 100+ is just to and from work. The bike has 40,000+ miles on it now. Lets face it there is a drought in Texas so im taking advantage of it. I am getting tired of having to fill up all the time, would love another gallon or so tank. My truck is broke down and my other trucks are too far away to get right now. I do buy oil filters & other stuff in bulk so i dont have to keep ordering them & waiting. I killed my last bike, it was a 2001 Kawasaki. Took the speedo off after about 75,000. bike died about 6 months later. spun a bearing. bought that one with 1,400 miles on it. Might have had that one 2 years, maybe 3.
