You only take the helmet off if you have the opportunity to use it as a club. Really for the close quarters crap a stubby 357 is the ticket.

okay first off, that biker has a mean arse hook, knocking that first guy down flat and he STAYED down for a good bit.  

So rule #1, if you can do that once, do it again fast to the next opponent and then get the heck out of there. The whole argument was over right of way and traffic; so get on the bike and get going dude.  

THEN, rule #2 = if you take your helmet off then you need to USE it.  Like that biker chick in "Sideways" when she finds out the guy she is seeing is engaged to be married....that chick used her helmet as a deadly weapon!
