Check this schematic, Parts #5 & 6  are similar to the pegs listed above and held in with bolts #8 on each side. Note there is a small plastic chrome cap #9 that covers the actual allen head bolt.

Does that help?

With aftermarket pegs, I used a different replacement bolt for bolt #8 and a small spacer, fits great & much cheaper/better than stock.

The problem with mine is that part #15 is broken in half. So when riding, I feel like I could lose the footpeg at any time...

That a u shaped piece of sheet metal.
strip all the parts off it and take it to be welded.
