Neutral light not working
08/31/11 at 14:07:28

My neutral light doesn't work. I had already removed the tank to change the plug so I pulled the guage out and checked and found the lamp is good. I traced the wires back until I lost them somewhere under the seat. Does anyone know where the neutral switch is. I know its not a big deal but if its a simple, I'll fix it. Thanks

The neutral switch is under the clutch cover.
on the back of the cover, a wire comes out, it's blue.
the connector for it is between the decomp controller and the decomp.

but it also could be the isolation diode. also around there somewhere.
almost looks like a black mini fuse.  it will have markings on the end with the diode symbol
