I got a message from Greg today saying he will probably not make any more of the CDs, and it is fine to copy them for personal but not commercial use.

He also said it would be ok to host them for download here. Seeing how Johnh has capped the storage, the next best thing would be for CalisOsin to put it on that Acrobat account, and we can sticky a link to it in the tech section.

I don't mind paying for his time to assemble/label and produce the CD's though. Host it on Mediafire
