If you had to replace an ignition switch, what would be the best way to approach it? Angry

I'd approach it from the left side, then from the right and then some left again.  Followed by alot of right.

Get a switch, pull the battery, pull the bat box, air box so you have access to the switch harnace.

Before doing anything.....call the dealer to see if the key code was registered with the original dealer. DUH........

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut occasionally!

The key codes are standardized and are written on the original key and the ig switch.

There's a locksmith on the internet that you can order keys from if you give him the code.
