I recently bought the allen head set off eBay, its a pretty decent set, except they missed a couple bolts and instead included this big sucker.

before I email them, I should check to make sure Im not wrong. does this bolt look like it goes anywhere on the head?

Its not the one that holds the chrome cover on either, this ones thicker and doesnt have a home (yet?)



Or maybe it was suppliers mistake?
