There's a in vent and an out vent seen to the left of the cylinder.
except cali models only have an in vent cause of the epa reg's the vent is built into the tank and run to a carbon cannister and then to the carb.

Other than blowing it out with compressed air, I don't know if there anything else you can do with it.
