A buddy had a 460 powered jet boat. We would sling each other all over th lake.. I finally learned how to roll the tube & stay on,, once, he launched, got air under the tube & came down real hard,, poor guy was 6 feet outta the water & spread out, ribs exposed,, pretty rough landing,, Looked bad enough I didnt even laugh,, till I saw he was okay.

I moved up here in '95.

We did all our saucer sled foolishness in the meadow, so about the only thing to run into was haystacks. You could still crank a tight corner and just start going in circles though; the guy on the end of the rope would eventually go flying off, just due to centrifugal force! Grin
