), I'd look for an OEM replacement...

I wish I was up there,... I'm still sure you can get that screw out (like others have said,... it's not torqued in there... all you have to do, is find a way to catch any tool to some tiny snag, and it will come out)

IDEA!.. pull the carb, and take it to a machine shop... they'll probably figure a way to get it out in 2 minutes, and charge you $5 or $10 bucks...
Can't hurt to try... you're gonna' pull it off to replace it anyway... Wink

You can cut the carb back to where you can get a Dremel on the end of the screw,, Cut a slot across that thang... then, make sure theres no Feathered Edges keeping you from turning it,, Youre wounded,, not dead/

That is s good point bot. Once I get it off, I will take to a machine shop, see what they can do. The problem now is that the extractor bit has chewed most of what was left of the screw. I am seriously doubting if there is any of the screw left.

If the brass is spread so thin, nothing will catch it cause it's only the outside shell of the screw, the main body of the screw is pretty much gone.
