Posts: 43 pittsburgh, pa Gender:	what am i missing 07/30/11 at 09:23:03 i am tearing down the bike today. 1986. im stuck. i got the back two bolts off of the tank, but what all needs to be done for me to get it off. it seems to be catching somewhere. thanks for any help. this is the first time i am ever taking a bike apart.

You did disconnect the fuel and vacuum lines from it,... right?... Huh

...

Then,.. don't pull it all the way off... there are two wire connections that you must disconnect under there...
Ohhh!... and the speedo cable cable,.. disconnect it at the engine, and don't lose the rubber o-ring gasket...

Ludicrous Speed !... ... Huh
