do some research first, someone told me an early 883 with a 1200 kit was not only a sleeper but a rare item.

Ive read something about that, not sure of the dtails, but an early 1200 i supposed to be collectible,, well, Some of them are,,

I wouldn't really call a 97 an early 1200, they started making the 1200's in 88. I'll see what I can find out about it before I start chopping. I did a full fluid change on it this weekend since it had only been rode around the block a few times a month for the last 9 years.
