Their seems to be a saying lately on some posts,
"if no pics, it didn't happen." Well I am one that
doesn't need to see the pics.
Now you know how hot the seat gets. Get a cover
of some type.
My suggestion, if you park it in the sun again with
our a couver, walk it to a shady area and let it sit
for awhile. kim

Riding on that hot seat is actually a really good way to contour the foam. But the cheap thin cover will wear out a lot faster.

Run over to Tandy Leather or order some material online. A piece of tan saddle leather won't get as hot and won't tear from the heat/cool cycling like vinyl does.

If it is going to be over 100 out, I take the truck. And leave the windows open, got so hot a week ago, the dash warped. Was supposed to be monsoon grade rains, I rolled up the windows, it never rained.

i got my 1/2 cover off ebay a year ago but i cant find it now on there - it says Cycle Shades JCcycleshade.com...but that goes nowhere...anyway my cover was around $10 and it keeps my seat cool - silver reflective thin material with stretch cords on 4 corners hooks to the turn signals.

I usually just carry a kitchen towel in my saddlebag, and tuck it under the seat in the front and sides to keep it from blowing away.  Keeps it cool in the sun, and since I work 6pm to 6am, I don't have to ride home with a damp seat from the dew in the mornings! Cheesy
