6. Could use a tune-up = "Learn to use the rear brake because your right hand will be occupied with the throttle"
7. Good compression = "Carbs and/or ignition are irreparably messed-up"
8. Will provide bill of sale = "Have fun at the DMV, sucker"
9. Selling to buy a bigger bike = "I can buy a bigger bike for what it would cost to fix this one"

After seeing all the hoops he had to jump through to get it licensed, I would never buy one (or car, truck, boat, trailer, etc.) without a title.
