Yes, the machine is designed to not overheat whilst putting around.  The only way it would overheat is to be under a load, with no cooling air.  Being stuck in traffic, idling, on a hot day ain't no thang.

What would sell on this bike is a small fan-turned-generator to help with our pitiful electron output.  Wink

Some railroads did the rubber wheel against steel wheel generator on cabooses for easy electric source. There's just a load of common sense stuff we missed in the 1800s and early 1900s, but we think they're new sometimes till we dig.  Wink I'm not winking. There's something in my eye.
