hey everyone, i'm ready to let my bike go.  but i need some of your thoughts and opinions on the asking price for my bike and/or the lowest offer i should take.  i have a 2001 suzuki savage ls650 with about 10,500 miles. it's in good condition, with brand new ebc front brake pads, a brand new Big Crank battery, and a new raptor fuel petcock.

maybe someone who bought their bike thats similar to mine can tell me what they paid for theirs.  i paid $1400 for mine back in december 2010 with 8500 miles.

any input would be greatly appreciated.  i need the cash for a down payment on a new car and will revisit motorcycles again in the near future!

Use kelly or some other Blue Book outfit & look at what its worth in your area.
