Signal blinker relay
06/26/11 at 11:01:29

Bought the bike from a kid who said that the blinker relay was blown.

I have relay in hand.  Is there a simple way to test relay or cicuit to confirm this is the broken piece?  A difficult way?

Connect a lamp to it & apply power, but by the time youve done that, ya coulda ridden to a junkyard & spent 3 bux & slapped one in & ested it,, AND ya would got yerself a ride,, so, why even mess with troubleshooting such a cheap replacement item?

Junkyards are quieter on Sunday. Take the part to Auto Zone or similar place and, over their protests, tell them you want one with same prongs. May be round or rectangle.  About $3. It's been done. If that's the problem it should work.  Wink
