poll- help me choose a RYCA CS-1 color

Can't decide on a color choice for my RYCA CS-1. Since its a cafe racer, I figured I would go with a bright color as often seen in that era. Regardless of color chosen, it will have a couple black stripes down center of tank, extending to taillight.

I voted for the copper too ... black stripes on that would look cool!

Choosing someone else's color is like picking a name for someone else's baby.

Anyway, just my preferences:
LimeRock = Kawasaki green
The Viper green = other Kawasaki green
The Challenger orange -- maybe
The Mustang red -- yawn, another red bike
The VW copper -- could be

Yep, obviously its up to you, but since you asked....
I'm sick of the greens. Too much of that going around these days for me. The red is beautiful, but kinda boring. The orange is nice too, but also kinda boring. The copper was my vote. Stands out but not gross.

I dunno.. if sbaugz can forego some of the "custom!" look, BRG would look very nice on a cafe racer.

I was leaning that way for a while, did a test (see photo), but decided on a different direction.

The copper does look awesome, but it has an unfair advantage over the others because the photo is enhanced. If a paint can look that good in real life, go for it. Perhaps a Motobuddha test piece is in order!

BRG - but a much darker version than the Mini or MB's experiment, probably less metallic as well.

We decided on Corvette colors, Dark Bowling Green Metallic (paint code 91), and Dark Blue Metallic (paint code 28). We like the way they look almost black in shadows or with no direct reflecting light, but very colorful when the angles are reflecting the light right back at you. They also have a very fine speckle so they don't seem grossly metallic.
The green with lots of sunlight.
The green with angled light.
The green without direct sunlight seems almost like a black mirror.(ooops,.. a little overspray on the fingers there, eh?
Here's the blue. On this curved surface, the color ranges from very blue to almost black. We did Jud's headlight like this because the plastic chrome was peeling off, so we just peeled it all off, roughed up the surface, primed and painted.
A comparison of the two colors indoors with a combination of fluorescent and incandescent light.
We are using Duplicolor, about $6 a can at Advance Auto Parts. These pics are after the clearcoat, but before rubout. We did about three coats each of primer, color, and clear, using a light wet sand with a 400 grit sponge between each coat just to remove the dust nubs, etc.

I want that car! Yep, that would definitely look sweet on a cafe.
