Reply #3 - 06/07/11 at 16:43:31 Mine has been in the airbox for roughly 11-12 years, no problems. Just take off the air box door and leave it off. Side cover will cover the hole just fine.

Is it ok to put it in the air box while still using the stock filter? Or do you have a cone filter setup? Would keeping the air box door off affect how the filter performs? Thanks for the help.
