Since you have non-stock bars, I think you are going to have to try it to find out...good luck

Once you flip it, you can roll it in the mounts so the grip areas are approximately flat to the ground and pulled back toward you, or so the grip areas move forward, farther from the tank but tilt down, similar to clip-ons. The first option will probably hit the tank. The second one might not.

"Bad angle" is sort of a matter of individual physiology, expectations and preferences.

in this case bad angle means uncomfortable to the point where i couldn't ride even short distances. give it a try, see what you think, but those bars are not meant to be flipped like that. However, i've seen it done with clubman bars. i guess they are either meant to be flipped or are at least commonly used in that way.

Clubmans are supposed to mount control surfaces lower than center. The other way is actually upside down.
You can mount flat tracker type bars upside down and get away with it.
Stock type buckhorns? Forget it, you can't turn.

I use clubmans on mine and they are very comfortable. bought off ebay for 50$ I can't remember if the stock bars have the recesses for the wires coming out of your switch housings, I switched mine to Harley switches and housings and had to use a rat tail file to get the clamps on the front brake, and clutch clamps till the wire conduit fit through with no problems. a pinched wire around there can lead to a bad day.

Or you could buy a set of Clip-on's, then set 'em however you like.
The bars in your pic look to me like they might have too much of a back angle to flip without hitting the tank.... Try it though. I'd be interested to know.
