I realize this is an old topic, I found an old thread for it, but found no answers. I have a fused ankle and not a lot of upward movement  in it, down works just fine. Does anyone know if there is a Heel toe Shifter out there or can fabricate one, of course I would gladly pay someone if they can fabricate one as well.

With the right imagination anything is possible.

I have in my mind something like this.

drill a hole at 12 oclock on the factory shifter where it attaches to the tranny.
using a dowel rod(hardwear store)

Begin at the drill hole bend accordingly until its right where you want.
weld the dowel to the shifter where you drilled it. AND tada!
