Howitzer Full Member Offline SuzukiSavage.com Rocks! Posts: 141 Boston, MA Gender:	how to torque header bolt 05/28/11 at 06:36:15 How do you guys torque the header bolt at the engine block to spec? I can't fit my torque wrench in there, because the exhaust pipe is in the way. The pipe bends right around where my torque wrench would sit. I could just use a regular box wrench to tighten the bolts, but the bolts would be tightened to spec.

Does anyone interpret that to mean the exhaust header bolts, or the muffler to header pipe clamp bolt(s).

Well, if I had to guess, I'd say because it says "exhaust pipe clamp", it would not mean the "muffler clamp".

I know,.......there I go w/ my logical thinking again !
