Re-jet without removing carb.

Somewhere a while ago I saw a response to a thread about re-jetting without removing the carb by turning it on its side. I can't find it now. Undecided

You don't have to turn it on its side,Just drop the fuel bowl and look up there and you can take them out.

What about loosening the screws? This will be the first time and I imagine I will need to use an impact tool to loosen them- kind of hard to do with the carb in place?

do not use an impact driver on unsupported tabs, you'll break them off.

Cover the starter with a rag else the washer that goes under the
mainjet has a real good chance to end up there
