Made a new toy (sandblaster)

As mentioned in another thred i vanted to make my own pressure pot sandblaster !
Almost finished and just wanted to flash the result !
It needs to be sandblasted  Grin and painted, maby a sexy yellow !
Before you starts crying about the danger about cutting/welding an old gas container, I did remember to fill it up with water !
In the back you can see the bottom of the sandblasting cabin !

I used this one as a "blueprint" One of my freinds bought one so I took a long look at it Smiley

That is awesome, perhaps a step by step would be useful in the tech section.

Ohh, Man,, please dont stress over the "beauty" of it. If youre actually worried about rust on it, get some Ospho from Kelly Moore, liquid, not gel, It is a dilute phosphoric acid, which chemically changes Iron Oxide into Iron Phosphate.. wont stop scale, one layer only,, but that cylinder is okay, best I can tell. It looks great, as is.

Yearh, maby I have passed the 80% line by now Smiley
Im sure the cylinder is structurel intact, I tapped it with a little hammer all the critical places and before i started I filled it with water and pressure tested it !
