is this the idle screw adjustment hole that adjusts the fuel and air mixture?

doing this tomorrow after rejetting the carb..

circle 1- the cap is off and now you can adjust the the air/fuel mixture?

circle 2 - cap hasnt been drilled out? <---this is not the air/fuel mixture is it?


P.S. if the cap is off, and that is the fuel/air mixture.... you guys measure by turns to the right like 2 turns or 1 and a half.....
how do you know exactly if its one and a half?? can you completly close it by turning counter-clockwise?? then you start the turning process??

just a bit confused as when reading in the forums...



makes sense if you close it  going counter clockwise so it wont turn than starting 2 turns clockwise .,... or even 3 turns... whichever you know what i mean..

Fingertips on a skinny screwdriver will be plenty of torque when closing that screw,   Its very delicate.
