...I miss the FireLizard.

I know I sold it to catch up on some bills but since riding season started I keep seeing bikes at every turn and I get to really missing the FireLizard. Oh well, hopefully I can get up the money to get another one soon.

I feel your pain!  Here's hoping your situation lets you find a bike soon!
Hey, you gotta do something with all the money you're saving by not smoking!   Cheesy

Well I miss nasty A LOT too!
...but I had to sell her.

However,
I am now as happy as a caffeinated squirrel with my new/used
cheapy sr125, payed only $400 bucks for it and the rest  was a
full weekend of elbow grease and 2 new tires; it now hits 70mph.

...I also recently bought a used 50cc scooter for my car-wrecker wifey,
also dirt cheap, fixed it up, runs great and didn' break the bank.

...It does not really matter what kind of bike you drive
cause the wind in your face and the road under your
wheels are one in the same...  just ask any dog if it
cares what kind of car it's sticking it's head out of
Cheesy

...craig's list is your friend.

good luck and remember that the force
works in mysterious ways, everything
happens for a reason.

nope, not really, sorda, I mean, it was ok'ish when I bought it
but I spent a lot of time polishing the rust and other crap off
and replaced a few broken parts from the left side and the
tank still has a small dent from some sort of fall or minor
accident (you can't see it in these pics) but overall it's in
pretty decent shape for a 14 y/o motorcycle, but that picture
is the cleanest you'll EVER see that bike again, nevermore.

With regular maintenance and frequent oil changes I hope
the engine and electronics will not give any trouble for maybe
another 20K miles, we'll see; also I don't frequently wash my
bikes, I have found out, the hard way, that this does more
damage than any good at all to most motorcycles, I just
once in a while brush off the mud, grease and winter street
salt; you should see it today, it looks like a dusty ol' dakkar
racer
