It would probably be handy to keep track of the oil temperature. Has anyone hooked up a gauge somehow? If so, how did you do it?

I put an oil temp gauge on the AT in my motor home one time. Never again,......when it hit 300 climbing Donner, I was wishing I hadn't wasted the money on the gauge. I mean, it wasn't like I was going to pull over and wait for it to cool off ! Shocked

You can hook it to the forward facing oil pressure port easy enough.
