86 - Rejet for Cone Filter(s)?

Since I have a 155 jet (or I'm pretty sure I do - someone swapped the Cali emissions carb for a different one), do I need to worry about rejetting if I go with a single or dual cone filter?

How can I identify jets? I have the original carb in a box. It differs from the 49 states carb since it has an additional vacuum port tapped. If it has different jets than the one in the bike I can swap them.

I'd at least start with the same jet.  takes a flat blade screwdriver, use the biggest one that'll fit.  careful they are soft brass.  and the number is on the face of the jet.  dynajet uses a different numbering scheme than mikuni.
